For a wedding, we needed some boardgame figurines, a herald’s scroll and a sword. I mostly think in lasercutting solutions, and that seems to have worked out!
Implemented a burn offset of 0.1mm helps to put parts together tightly; this way the box didn’t even need glue I used Boxes.py (this one) for the base box, and added some extra dividers.
A dice box! I inlaid the top of the box with some shiny golden paper; I was surprised it wasn’t blown all over the place in the lasercutter while cutting it (cause only the edges were held down with magnets), and it looks quite cool.
