# Problem with a circle

Hi,  
Since a short while I have a problem with the Fabcreator.  
It doesn’t align in the right way, so that a circle isn’t a circle anymore.

I have tried to grease the several parts, but that does not do the trick.  
While moving the laserhead I hear a squeaking sound.  
I have made a video of it. Maybe anyone can help?

Misschien een directe mail naar Bonne (founder) sturen. Mogelijk krijg je dan sneller respons, of anders via de Lightburn support forum, die is actiever met veel tips. Ik ben geen techneut, maar is de riemspanning nog in orde?

Hi Eloy,  
Dank voor de tip, ik had al een ticket aangemaakt, maar nog geen reply gehad.  
En ik weet eerlijk gezegd niet hoe ik de riemspanning zou kunnen controleren. Ben ook geen techneut.  
Ik heb de machine al een aantal jaren, niet zoveel gebruikt, maar tot nu toe altijd goed kunnen werken.

Ook het support forum van Lightburn is een bron van informatie.  
Het geluid kan ik niet plaatsen.  
Ik heb zelf een ander model (fabkit4), dus in dat opzicht kan ik niet verder helpen.
