Laser web 4
To install Laserweb 4 simple download and run the following exe.

The windows64 works best with the FabKit.
Laser Web 3
Laserweb 3 is now no longer being worked on however it was optimised for touch screen so you may find it easier to navigate until LW4 is optimised.
Installations of Laser Web 3 is a little more complex
Download and install Node 6.x LTS from https://nodejs.org/en/download/
Download and install google chrome if not installed https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
Download and install Git for windows from https://git-scm.com/download/win
Flash smoothie with the latest firmware and config file. FabKit Firmware
At this point you can either download these .bat files to install and run laserweb 3 or install it manually via the command prompt. (link to bat file) install, (link to bat file) update and run.
Open the command prompt by typing “cmd” in the windows search.

Laserweb3 is now installed. To start the software, open the “cmd” and type:
After a few moments it will tell you the software is running and you can open it in chrome.
To accesses Laserweb3 type “localhost:8000” in chromes browser bar.
You should now be looking at laser web 3, simply select com4/5 and connect.
To update Laser type:
before you run the node.js sever.
Make sure you keep the cmd prompt open while running laser web
